Lily Bowman

Lily Bowman has been teaching piano in the Canton area for over 15 years. She graduated with honors from Reinhardt University with a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a concentration in piano pedagogy and performance.

Lily has participated in many music competitions including Piano Guild, National Federation of Music Clubs, Music Teachers National Association Local and State Auditions, and Georgia Music Educators Association. Lily is also and active member of Cherokee County Music Teachers National Association.

Her students are involved in group activities and recitals, and receive the highest ratings in various competitions.

Marie Blackmar

Marie Blackmar is a classically trained pianist and has been playing for 11 years. She has a passion for teaching piano and began at age 13. On the weekend, Marie accompanies a small Methodist church. Marie is currently studying under Dr. Alex Wasserman earning degrees in Piano Performance and Music Education at Reinhardt University in Waleska, Georgia.

Marie wants her students to be ecstatic to come to their lessons! She hopes her students will be just as excited to show her their improvement as she is thrilled to listen to what they have learned.
